Molecularly Distilled Monoglyceride (DMG)

 

1. Product Features 

    The content of 90% (above) monoglyceride is white powder or small cylindrical solid.
    The molecular formula is: C 21 H 42 O 4 The
   
structural formula is: molecular weight 358.57.
    It is made by refining hydrogenated palm oil with top glycerin and multi-level molecular distillation. Monoglyceride is insoluble in water, but soluble in alcohol, benzene and acetone. It can self-emulsify with hot water after vigorous shaking to form a stable hydrated dispersion. The HLB value of monoglyceride with a content of 90% (above) is 3.9-5.3. It is a multi-purpose emulsifier and is an internationally recognized safe food additive with unlimited dosage in FDA.

   1. In beverage and food:
